Payment Option 1: Mastercard, VISA or American Express


For direct credit card payments we use STRIPE.  As of today Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted credit cards.  Stripe is one of the best ways to accept payments online and in mobile apps. Stripe handles billions of dollars every year for forward-thinking businesses around the world.   In order to make a payment using your credit card, you need the 16-digit card number, the validity period and the check digit (even CVV / CVC called).

When using Visa and MasterCard, the check digit corresponds to the 3 digits next to the signature panel on the back of card.

The 4-digit security code is usualy located on the front of the card, right above the embossed card number on an American Express card.

Credit Card Payment Processor is Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd

The Processor is Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., a limited company incorporated under the laws of Ireland, which is a technical service provider. The processing and settlement of your Transactions (“Payment Processing”) are carried out by Stripe under seperate Processor Terms (the "Processor Terms"). By accepting this Agreement, you are also accepting and agreeing to be bound by the Processor Terms. By accepting this Agreement and the Processor Terms you are agreeing to the creation of an account with the Processor for Payment Processing (the “Processor Account”). We reserve the right to change the Processor, subject to the terms of our agreement with Processor. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Processor Terms concerning Payment Processing or the Processor Account, the Processor Terms shall prevail. The Processor’s role is to accept and process credit card, debit card and other types of card payments (collectively “Cards”) with respect to sales of your products and services through internet-based transactions (“Card Not Present Transactions” or “CNP Transactions”).

Payment Option 2: PayPal (Credit Card, PayPal)


With PayPal you can checkout also without having a PayPal Account. For new buyers, signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. This means you can complete your payments first, and then decide whether to save their information in a PayPal account for future purchases. You can simply use your credit card.

The PayPal Authorization & Capture process

When you first place your pre-order, we will actually only authorize the payment from your PayPal account. We do not actually capture the payment until we have released the confirmation of your order by Email, something that happens within 1-3 business days. So make sure those funds are available prior to the confirmation of the order! After confirmation of your order we will capture the funds from your PayPal account, as defined by your given authorization. If for some reason we are unable to capture the funds, we will inform you that we can’t execute the production of messages.

Payment Option 3: Pay by bank transfer


For orders above € 200 you can also pay by bank transfer (advance payment). Once the amount has been credited to our account we will execute your order. All relevant details will by sent by Email. Please note that this delays normally the process by 3-5 business days.
